Stamp is Blooming with happiness by Stampin Up. I finally got a set of Prisma pencils from Michaels and colored the image.
I also used the marvy scallop punch to border the stamped image with a scalloped circle.
The flowers are by prima and I added small pearls in the center. The flowers were then glued to a strip of sheer polka dot lime green ribbon.

just wondering what you use to color your stamps in?! i'm pretty new at stamping (love the $1 stamps at michaels too!) and love the idea of coloring them in! thanks for the info!
